Lot to talk about tonight... A few weeks ago a friend of mine who is a singer in a band fulfiled her dream by going to Nashville and shopping her demo around. Now I detest country music but I was all for her going for her dreams. I'm sure we all know where this is going... She works 2-3 jobs a week, if she sleeps more than 3 or 4 hours a day I'd be shocked but no matter how beat she is when she hits that stage she's a totally different person. The energy she has is amazing, the voice is like it's coming from someone else. On that alone the woman could be platinum. Problem is that's not what things are based on these days. She doesn't look like a Spears, a Christina, or a Simpson. She's an attractive woman but she's @ 5' 5" and at most 110 pounds with breasts that are no bigger than mine. She doesn't dress all sexy, she goes out puts on a hell of a show and goes home but always leave everybody satisfied with the show. Did we even have to ask how the trip went? Of course it was all "thank you for coming" and "we'll get back to you" from everybody. When we ask how the demos went she says "I went shopping and got this really cool belt buckle that says fuck you on it so I had to spend the extra $50 for a new belt too". It's a shame that just because the body doesn't match the talent or the image of what a top selling singer is that the nation probably won't get a chance to hear her. Guess it's all their loss and our gain, we already lost Strangers With Candy (Lifer), and Breaking Benjamin. Too bad though, just too bad I can only hope her day will come someday, she works her ass off and deserves it....

Back to more "serious" stuff on the next postings but for now something I posted on earlier got me thinking....
What does it feel like to be horny, or to cum? I mean, I KNOW what they both feel like mentally and physically, but how does one actually describe it to someone else??? Just something for everybody to think about, no go on and feel free to do some "research" before answering...

Stuck working yesterday through a nice day but at least the day went by quick. Enjoyed a good day outside again today even though it wasn't as warm and sunny as yesterday was. Not many days like these left before the snow starts again so I'm enjoying them while I can!!!

I've had a betta at home for about a year and a half now, he's still going strong. At work I was on my 3rd one, last week the 3rd one jumped while I was in a meeting and by the time it was over it was too late to save him.... Went to the place I got the 1st two and they're out so a trip to a 2nd place and I now got a new one for work. No names yet though but I'll be happy to have him at work again soon. Hell of a stress relief to sit and watch him swim... Of course while I was at the 1st store I looked at all the other fish they did have and am really considering getting out the old tank again.... Well I don't have the room for it right now but maybe in the future.

Having a job that gives different days off each week there are times I work weekends and other times I get them off. Most I get off are cold & rainy so it's a surprise how nice it was this weekend when I was off. Mid to upper 90's and nothing but sun? Yep I'd take that 365 days a year without a doubt!!!! I made sure I had the chair out in the yard reading the paper, magazines, napping, whatever I could for as long as I could. It's a shame it's already mid-August and this heat and humifity will be gone in a few weeks slowly being replaced by the cold and ice and snow yet again. But before then in 9 days I get to go lay at the beach in Ocean City, Md yet again. Can't wait!!!

Why is it that I used to be able to just come on here and not have to log back in every time but the last month or two it goes to a log in screen and takes trying over and over to get logged in? Alright I'm better now.

So last Saturday I got back from vacation at the beach (going back to Ocean City again in 2 weeks though), only to find out that the latest round of illness at work was passed on to me yet AGAIN. I swear this place will be the source of the disease that wipes out humanity. Well this time I guess we're lucky, it was just one of the nastiest sinus infections I've ever seen, last time it was bronchitis & pnumonia going around at the same time. Our department should have 10 people in it when fully staffed and due to illness & injuries at times we were down to 3 and sometimes only 1 or 2 people there so I couldn't even get time off. All I've done the last week was work then come home & go right to bed (I think my IM even still says I'm on vacation). LOL Those that have had it have said it's a 7-10 day thing and they're pretty much right on. I'm far from naming myself cured but compared to last Sunday & Monday when I was thanking being a member of the fire dept & ambulance because if I was able to get to the phone & call it in the ambulance trip to the hospital would've at least been free. LOL
With that all said I said to myself I was going to talk about life in general on here & that's it. not "other stuff" but since the "other stuff" is about all that's going on right now I guess I'll have too... I'll judge reactions to see how much of a habit I'll make doing it though. After all I AM a guy & we do think with that other head from time to time. Now that I'm feeling better I'm being reminded that certain things have been neglected for the last week. You know what I mean (how exactly do you describe what it feels like to have an orgasm or feel horny anyway? I guess that's a topic for another time). I have so much stuff yet to finish from getting home from my vacation but right now I think there are other priorities. I planned on taking the paper & some lunch outside for a while but since it's raining that's out, I guess I will shut up now & have that lunch now then grab me a good hour or two of some of that make up play time and hopefully next time I post I'll finally be feeling completely better and mush less tightly wound.

Almost vacation time...

So I worked until 6 yesterday, then had to fly home in time to change and get to the Pioneers game last night. Got home from that about 11, Too tired to get anything done by then. I leave for vacation tomorrow so now today all I have to do is finish my shopping, finish cleaning the truck, finish my packing, load the truck up, and make sure the fish's water is cleaned.... Oh, finding time for a shave, shower, a meal or two, and trying to grab a chair outside with the paper & sun tan lotion would be good too..... Who said vacations were relaxing???  Soon nothing will matter for a few days besides sitting nurisng a beer listening to the ocean for a week and won't have to worry about anything else going on in my life except making sure the tan is even on all sides. Someday Powerball willing I'll be able to do that all the time not just a week or two a year. I guess this is the final post for at least a week, still open to any questions comments, suggestions, and topics for when I get back.

I've said i was going to start one of these and have typically procrastinated long enough. With the title of the 1st, no I'm not drunk. LOL Although I WILL be going to the beach in 8 days & then back there again the last week of August so at that time I may be pretty much gone.
So then, I'll leave the floor open for disussion for now. Anybody have any questions, comments, requests???
