After the year I've had, I wind down the year with mixed emotions, I have had many ups and downs, met some wonderful people I call friends, met some real duds too. as I like to say, "had some good, some bad and some ugly.
I've learned to say good ridance to bad rubbish, and when insulted about myself, to just consider the idiot that is spouting it. Learned to love myself, and not to look to others for validation.
I have learned not to change for anyone except myself, be happy with what I am and who I am.
Thank you all for showing me how to be me.

Got sent home from work for being sick

Got sent home and told to go to the DR for being sick, all I did was cough at times all day.
They told me I have to go to the Dr and not come back until I was better. worse thing is they don't have sick time for me to take.
While I can see their point about making others sick, if they had a better sick policy, ie sick time, not writing people up for missing work, more people would stay home when they are sick.
So now I have to fall behind at work, pay for a dr visit (don't have the best insurance) and lose at least 1 days pay. All because I have a chest cold. And the dr will tell me to keep doing what I have been doing anyway.
"update" yes it was a cold with my ashma causing most of the problems.

Got a head cold yesterday, just barely made it through dinner before I had to crash.
it has now become a full blown chest cold, I feel so yucky.
to make matters worse my ashma has been acting up since we got the new employee at work. I think I'm allergic to him. Think they will move me away from him?
anywway back to sleep for me.

Last night while waiting for out table with my grandkids, I asked them what they want for christmas. I heard my cranddaughter say she wanted a penis. She actually said she had a list.
This in not the first time I heard something that wasn't actually said.

the other night, I shocked my roommate. He for some reason decided to fist me, now I love to be fisted if it's done right, but he has never seem me cum like I did then.

OK it's getting harder to stay positive

It may only be tuesday, but I have had a hell of a week.
Monday morning on the way to work, my car engine cut out @ 65 mph in the left lane, try to get to the right shoulder 4 lanes over in rush hour, with no power. So here I am sitting on the highway shoulder, for 1.5 hours waiting for a tow, just to get me off the highway. Try to find a number so I can let work know what is going on. Finally get to work, 2 hours late, this is only my second week on the job, they are cool, figure it's the timing belt, so talk to my sister to get here mechanic to see how this much this is going to cost. Waiting for the tow driver to get the vehicle, was told 1 to 1.5 hours, so 2 hours later still no tow truck, call the road side company, they tell me the tow is 10 min away. So half an hour passes still no tow truck. call back again, told truck is 5 min out. Finally get towed to mechanics. Spent the night at my sister's on her uncomfortable couch, no a/c no swamp cooler, and not night clothes.
So finally get a call on my car around 1, the timing belt is fine, the gear teeth are broken, since it's a low interference motor, not sure how many valves are damaged. will call back with estimate. So they are going to get me a rental, get on the train to get toward the rental place, after I get off the train, the shop calls there are no rentals avail tonight, so I get back on the train and head home. my cell phone dies and I am stuck on busses for 2 hours.
I now have to get to work in the morning, 2 more hours on the bus/train. Pick up rental tomorrow.
Tommorow will be better.

UPDATE picked up my car today, I guess the head gasket was leaking also and was about to blow. so it turned out to be a good thing.

At least this didn't happen on the road trip to MO I took a couple of months ago.

First day at a new job.

My first day at a new job, first I get to sign tons of paperwork. Then fingerprinted and photographed. I finally get to my work area, and they call a meeting to let us know we will be required to work Sat overtime for awhile.
The work will be good and challenging as soon as I get the hang of it.
It good to be working again. My brain was starting to turn to mush.

I just found out yesterday that my is starting to be a consultant for "Slumber Parties". I asked her if she would have a problem if I replaced some of my toys through her. She blushed but said it shouldn't be a problem.
Guess it's lucky for her that I have to replace all my toys that were damaged in the fire. My friend thought it was weird that I could talk to my about toys, of course her's are only 11 and 12, mine are 21 and 23. I told her that as long as I need to buy toys, why not buy from someone I know.
Not sure how strange it is to be able to talk with your about sex and toys and other stuff like that. I also asked her one time if she squirts and has multiple orgasams and aftershocks. Went to The Well for the first time. It was so much fun, never been able to sunbathe nude. Got a little red but thats ok, it will be brown in a few days.
The girls I went with helped make it a fun trip. learned lots of things, first time I spent that much time with women that didn't drive me crazy.
Will need to make this a regular trip so I can even out

I got sort of stood up again tonight.
Made arrangements to meet at 2, then he texted me and asked to meet at 6, his flight got in real late and he needed to get some sleep, then texted that he would call when he woke up, finally got a text at 9, made arrangements to meet, due to miscommunication I waited at one place for 30 min while he was at another. So I go to the place he said he was at, and looked for him for another hour, texting to find out more precise where he was. it was too loud in the place for me to call. finally I tried to call and his phone was off. I gave up and went home. left him a text that I looked for an hour and was giving up and going home.
Now this wouldn't be that big of a deal, except that I seem to have been stood up about 75% of the time. Some call a few days later and give me some lame excuse as to why he didn't show or call.
Come on guys, if you change your mind, just let me know, I am an adult and can take it, would rather than than waste hours waiting for a guy to show up.
