Small World

Well Bismarck is a small place. I wrote a person here in Bismarck. I liked her profile and we had some mutual interests. I can honestly say it wasn't about sex. I actually wanted to chat with this person and get to know them. Well we exchanged some contact info and chatted on MSN and what the hell we knew some similar people. Its funny when you know several aquaintances and then find out who they knew.

Finally she asked if I was doing anything so we went out for drinks, well okay she drank I just had water since I was dehydrated from a long drive from fargo in 104 degree heat. Anyway we had a nice conversation about some of the people we knew, life in general and then some of our shared interests. Its a shame the heat took so much out of me I called it an early night.

Upon getting home I got a message from someone that previously rejected me on Senior Sizzle. To cut a long story short we initially talked for a few days she led me on and then all of a sudden pulled a 180 and brought up several reasons. Well I was put off by that and just cut all contact. It wasn't the rejection that hurt it was the sudden change. I'm okay with someone not liking me, not everyone will, however when you are lead to believe one thing then another occurs it will set you off. Well she wanted to talk so I heard her out and will give a second chance. However I'm not going to get my hopes up. That way if she still decides that there is someone better then she can go do that.

Everyone seems to be in a rush with the excitement of meeting someone new. I know I'm very guilty of that as well. Guess we all need to remember that even if something doesn't work out right away doesn't mean it won't ever. I need to reread this post when I think otherwise to bring myself back on track.

Glad I renewed I'm getting messages back finally it just took some time.
