prejudice or know what u want

We all know people have certain physical types that attract them to others. Are people being prejudice toward the people that they arent physically attracted by going after the people that are their physical type or do people This has been some people's opinion that i have talked to. If so do you think a consequence of it could be losing out on finding a person that is your type?

 I wouldn't call it "prejudice". I do think people may be missing out by not getting to know all types of people, but there are some people I'm just not physically/sexually attracted to because they aren't my type, just as my weight is a turn off to a lot of the men that ARE my type. It goes both ways for all races, sexes, and sizes.
