Does penis growth pills/patches really work?

I always wanted to know does the penis growth pills or patches really work? You know there alot of pills and patches claiming that it will give you 1 to 3 more inches and I just was wondering if any of it was true. (I'm bless in the area and don't need extra, but one or two more inches would be great lol) but always wanted to know if they have a pill that can. If anyone know of any that does let me know. Its 2011 and I know that found a way.

I know they got this powder you can sniff. I hear tell it'll make you think that sucker's four feet long! Keep sniffin' it long enough... and it'll make you think you'd be ahead of the game if you had even four inches left.
