Letting down a sweet man

I work with a very nice gentleman, he is really shy. We went out for coffee and I found that we are very opposite. I am more of a sexual wild , he is a very conservative man.

I am the first woman he has asked out since his divorce. I'm not sure he can handle me and I don't want to lead him on. Trying to think of a good way to let him down easy.
