I do try to stay around my own age but it doesn't always work out that way. I have had very meaningful relationships and sexual relationships with both younger and older women. The biggest age gap was 22 years. I was 42 and she was 64. It was primarily a sexual thing although we would sit on the balcony of her condo and talk for hours. As long as there is an ability to communicate and the other finds you interesting, age shouldn't be a huge issue.

I too think 10 years is the most, that is what I put in a search higher or lower for something meaningful in that life's experiences are so different between decades.

Shit if it is good and fulfills a void that is need now or who knows maybe he is mature enough that he is looking for same as what you are. Never know unless you try. Not trying is failure. Good Luck

I have no qualms with dating women up to 10-12 years older or younger than myself. Although I've only gone as far as 10 years both ways.

I've said before... its not so much the chronology as the mileage. I've know folks 50 years old that haven't been out and about much. That can be expressed as naivete or ignorance. These are the folks that I can't seem to connect to. At the same time, I've known folks that are sparse in years but have "old souls", sometimes due to travel, sometimes experience and sometimes just vivid curiosity. I've learned that the grey and wrinkles can be a good indicator but cannot be relied upon. I keep an open mind until I get to know more about that person. As a result, I have more than a few wonderful friends that are half my age. Keep an open mind. there are wonderful people out there.

age really dus matter, i did have a relation with someone 10y younger and its great in some ways, but if you want to go all the way, my experience says dont go higher or lower then 5 years,....good luck with it

Anything more than 10 years and there is a sort of generation gap between each other that can be difficult to handle long term.

it depends what you're looking for. if you want a long term relationship stick to the 10 year rule, if you are just looking for some fun try the older man. He will know tricks and techniques the younger guys just won't know and he will show an appreciation for your gift of your body younger guys can't understand.
