Are you real or the moderators' employee

I have been on this site for quite some time and I've always asked myself when scanning through the profiles, flirts and my hotlist, "Are these people real?"

I understand if there is not an attraction. In fact a gentleman messaged me on IM complementing me on my penis and asking to suck it. I calmly accepted the page and replied, "Thank you but I am only interested in women." The person said, "k" and exited the chat.

Is it that common courtesy is gone or are these people on the IMC actually not real people when you get no response or "this user is not available"?

If you are a gold member, why not send a quick message instead of a flirt if someone has hot listed you?

Thoughts? What do you do when you receive a page?
