There is no way to stop or control the negative thoughts that sometime appear to crash through our thoughts...it happens to us all.
The reason we cannot stop negative thought is because what ever you give your attention to, be it negative or positive, that is what we invite
more of into our life and circumstance.
So, I suggest when something that is self defeating pops into your head,use that as a reminder to flood your thoughts with good will
and THANKS for the good things that are and to come.
But what we can do is consciously think
about the things we are grateful for, like our real friends, our health, the car we drive.Your 's health and that they are alive !!. If
you think about it, the list is endless for the
things we have to be thankful for.
1. you can walk
2. you can see
3. you are not dying
4. you are debt free
5. you are sexually desired
6. your get good grades
7. you are not a push over
8. you graduated grade school,high school, you have a Masters degree...etc
9. you survived some seriously weird stuff.
10. you have a great set of friends
11. you look great for your age.
12. you are grateful to be employed.
13. you have perfect breasts
14. you energy level is off the hook.
15. you are fortunate that you live in a safe place and not a mine field.
16. If you live in a mine field...you are fortunate that you have not been blown up.
If you are a guy and your cock works, give thanks for that hard on, and ladies if you can barely navigate that huge lists of emails,be grateful that you still got it!!.
I promise if you spend all day today thinking positive and being grateful about the good things in your life. Tomorrow will be unbelievable !!!.
I would like to hear from you about the good things that you attracted into your life.

What do you get out of being on Senior Sizzle and does it satisfy for you.
I find that it has helped me to formulate my thoughts into being and has allowed me an opportunity to share my thoughts with my friends and others that are interested in what I have to say.
And also has given me the opportunity to have met some really great people that I know I would not have met if it were not for this site, and the opportunity to meet others on this site.
I look forward to what the new year has in store and I can't wait

End of the year........We have Serious Work Ahead

The end of the year is upon us again, and it is apparent there will be some major changes coming our way and some have stepped up the pace already.
We now have crude oil at 100.00 a barrel and we have the Opec oil cartel campaigning to devalue the dollar even more to destabilize our economic situations at home and abroad.And to boot,they are looking to replace the dollar with an alternate money system.
To me it is like if you don't want a group or persons involved in a thing or program,what you do is increase the entrance fee and devalue that group or persons ability to compete...and juala !!,you have a private club.And a group firmly in control...and the other waiting outside,grateful for the crumbs they get.
Ergo..
We have done this to Woman and minority groups since the inception of our great nation.I believe women have been able to vote for about 51 years out of our countries limited time line of existence
The world has been watching and learning well from America and how we treat our own.And has turned our own tactics of control on us.
At this time,our boarders are unsecured and not respected by our neighbors and or the world at best.
As a result of the mass illegal migration of millions into America from all over the world, we now have a major health crises with our hospitals along the boarder states with our southern neighbor due to the massive costs of rising treatment and getting nothing in return and local state governments not getting adequate support from the Federal govt.
Also the destabilization of our economies in the housing market and major business pulling up stakes to move to third world locations.Big business has declared the orient as the new frontier and Mecca.
As a result, in my opinion of the large number of uncontrolled migrants into our nation and into our very institutions that have made America the strong nation and national standard she once was.
A large number of those that entered our great nation came not for freedom and support of the republic, but for monetary reasons only.
As proof we have a two tier language system that in effect has created a virtual tower of babble.
In every state of the union we have a work force that is not interested in learning english or becoming a part of the english based society,but big business is bending their way due to greed, kind of like giving up control to keep control,
which is insanity.
I feel we are at a time in our lives that we have to take back our sensibilities and not be
intimidated as a people,regardless of our nationalities and faiths and come together as Americans and embrace the values that made this country the most powerful.
This nation was and is One Nation under God that speaks English as it's primary language.Those that come to live here must come for the full boat and not just for the rewards of freedom.
We have to speak our minds and not be afraid of being called racists for supporting what is right and supporting local governments in our communities to enact local laws that support english as primary and sanctions against local businesses that hire illegal individuals.
We have to stand for something and get our heads out of each others asses long enough to get back what we have given away because we didn't have the courage to say no.
Or one day, all of our media, our financial institutions, our religious organizations...our way of life will be owned by someone who owns an oil well in the middle east.
Time to see how deep the rabbit hole goes.

Hey,how is everybody doing on this nice Sunday evening. What ever you did not accomplish or get to,stick it on the list for Friday.
I used to end up staying up till 3:00am ,trying to catch up on Sat and Sundays long list I created for my-self. I think the secrete is to avoid the avoidance tasks, you know the one's
you focus on instead of the taxes.Shorten it up a bit,BABY!...well thats what I do,thats probably
why I have this clutter,I don't like dealing with
it.
If it is laundry, and you have nothing clean to wear for Monday morning,I strongly urge you to disregard my banter and get to washing..if not for your self's then for your co-workers.
I don't know if it is just a guy thing or what,but I seem to leave a trail of papers,books or just odd nick knacks..where ever I go around my place.
Granted,I don't live in filth.I am a very clean person and I like things nice and organized.I just have clutter,random notes from work,since I do the bulk of my paper work here at home as opposed to at work.
I am in sales,so I like to spend my work days making new contacts and taking care of my customer base.
So right now I think I am going to put on some R.kelly and organize my desk,do some emails
and hopefully hear from a nice sweetheart of a woman who has an agenda to make old Carismaticone
call out her name.
Here is to you all,I am hoping this coming week
kicks ass for everybody.Keep the faith and remember...it's all good if you want it to be.

Something my mother used to say was "nothing bad last forever.
That was her way of being positive and patient for the good that was to come.
Well, we are in the golden age right now,We live in an awesome moment in a beautiful universe created by God, a universe that sez YES!!,to what ever you claim.
Albert Einstein probably asked the most important question ever asked by man "do we live in a friendly universe"
How you answer that question and how you perceive it will tell you and open up to you to the reality of where you really are in relation
to your level of happiness and fulfillment and the condition of your goals.
If,in your view the world is a harsh and bitter place,the universe will give you what you claim.
If you claim prosperity and freedom from tyrannical relationships,the universe will give you what you claim
To have a thing and achieve a thing is to claim a thing
Feed your positive and starve your negative.
And be aware and steer clear of those that would want to nurture your weaknesses and enable your failures.Your road may appear to be lonely at first,yet your world will be fuller than it has ever been.

Anyone see the movie "Black Snake Moan"...if you haven't,bypass renting it and just go buy it.
Samuel L. Jackson, Christina Ricci and Justin Timberlake were great in this film.
Samuel L. Jackson was his usual raw self yet,skillful as a surgeon in carrying out his role in this fine film.
What can I say about Christina...So hot and talented.She spent the entire time in this movie wearing barely anything,and yet her talent as an actress had your attention full on,I don't think I have seen anyone so comfortable in their own skin as her.
Justin Timberlake was surprisingly good as an Actor,but I think almost any one could have delivered his role due to the powerful performances by Christina and Samuel,they,especially Christina defined his role.
I think the movie was about therapy and healing and finding daddy isn't always bad.Great flick,but not for the tho.
There is a scene with Christina,a couch and chain that makes it all worth it.

Hello and greetings,how is every one and are we ready for the good things.
I look at the other blogs and I wish I could make those bold colorful letters and colors.....I guess I need to go to blog school.
So at any rate,I will have to be content with plain text for now until I can figure this thing out.
It is funny how when I was younger I loved complicated contraptions and things that needed a lot of buttons to push and now,The simpler the better.
I find that occurring in many areas of my life and that leads me to the thought of communications and interfacing,and I am not talking about mainframes or the either net.
I am talking about ...us.I would think that the more we complicate our relationships and our point of contact with each other,the greater the chance of us growing weary of the task.
I would think that if we keep it as simple as possible and don't work to hard on looking for the right words all of the time ,we would actually start communicating.Words are important,but are only a precursor to real communicating.
Because if you are really attracted to someone and that person to you,you give each other that extra leeway because you want to get to the heart of the matter.
Eye contact,blushing skin,that ear to ear grin,that head cocked for optimum listening and hearing.....yes,there is a difference between listening and hearing, try it.And also that want
and desire and the fulfillment of that desire to touch and to be allowed to be touched.
Thats why it's great that we all share this wondrous technology,but lets not forget to dive into the second half.
If you have the opportunity to meet up with your friends and meet new people,jump on it.If there is a meet and greet in your area,go to it.
Join a gold panning group,get wet and strike it rich,both with memories and nuggets!,or what ever strikes your fancy.
The second half is oh so hot........trust me.
The fun part is figuring it all out,ok....,which one of these buttons do what.

Sunday afternoon was meant for the smell of barbecue and the sounds of sizzling steak on the grill,with yours truly on the grill doing my world famous grilled shrimp.

Our first meeting...my fantacy

Well we have emailed each other now for about a month or so and we talk on the phone from random cities as our work takes us to different places.And yes you have become a part of my world.
Tonight,I lay in bed in anticipation of our first real time,in the flesh meeting,that will take place in the morning.
Wow, the morning has come and as I head out the door my cell rings off and it is you.That voice that sounds so firm,assuring and yet soft."YEP!,I will see you in a bit baby"
I melt at the sound of your words and I remember the times that I wanted to hold you and say that I was sorry that you had been through so much and that everything would be alright.I remember all of the things you shared with me,the good times and the not-so-good.And the next moment we are laughing our asses off over some silly story that I have embellished and added to over the years.
I walk into the eatery,and see several people immersed into their own conversations.And I am invisible,I kind of like that...it reminds of a game I played as a ,"Good morning sir,are you dining alone and would you prefer in doors or the patio for dinner",suddenly brought back to reality by a happy,cheerful hostess,don't cha love em.
"The patio would be fine and I will be meeting someone",the hostess does her thing grabs a couple of menus and turns to apologize about calling breakfast dinner,I laugh and say that well,it's dinner for somebody ,somewhere.
I settle in and look about and there you are walking across the parking lot towards the restaurant.I am amazed and fascinated at the way you move and it's like I have seen this a thousand times before.
As you approach the hostess,I hear you say I'm meeting...then you see me,the hostess stands aside,I stand and we approach each other with purpose and...........we kiss,your hands examining the firmness of my body and my hands on your waist,loving every second of it.
Your eyes sparkle,and for the first time...ever!,I am devoid of any one liners,and you say,"That last story you told me,you made that up didn't you".I laugh and its on..........
