My name is Antonio. I'm mixed with Cherokee, Irish, and Black. My mom is Cherokee and Irish and my dad is Black. Being mixed has its UPS and its DOWNS. My mom and dad were right about, "Some people will be cool about me being mixed, BUT there will still be IGNORANCE by other people!" I am from Newport News, Virginia. I grew up in a single parent home with my mom. My dad cheated on my mom and she kicked him out. I worked for the Boys and Girls Club for 10 years. They didn't pick me to be in charge of my own club. So, I joined the Air Force and loving every minute of it. Which brings me here today.
