Update on the gym status: I have reachieved my past ease of pushing 60kg on most of the weight machines except the curls, I'm only now up to curling 30kg there. But I can press 60kg for around 4-5 sets of 10 now, which is pleasing. And I've been working out my abs hard with leg-raises and situps, and those muscles seem to be improving as well. Good times.

I went back to the gym today, after admittedly slacking off of working out, and I found out that entropy had set in. I set the weight to 40 kg (88 lbs) and only managed to do 20 chest presses, 20 shoulder presses and 30 curls before my arms gave out on that. This is depressing, because I was doing those same exercises with 60 kg (132 lbs) easily before. I can only blame myself for slacking off. Time to get back to work.
