Why is Senior Sizzle sucking SO bad lately?

Why is Senior Sizzle sucking so badly lately? They have taken the ability
of basic members to respond to GOLD AND SILVER PAYING MEMBERS
emails!!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF FOR THE PEOPLE PAYING MONEY!
I recently used all my points to contact someone and it didn't
go through!!! BUT I STILL LOST ALL MY POINTS!! They are restricting
instant messenger depending how much you pay. THESE ARE
ALL RECENT CHANGES. THEY HAVE BEEN LOSING MEMBERSHIP FOR MONTHS NOW AND THIS IS ONLY ACCELERATING
THE PROCESS. PLEASE CONTACT THEM HERE AND AT THE CORPORATE
LEVEL , WITH BOTH EMAIL AND SNAIL MAIL AND GET THESE POLICIES CHANGED
BACK. IT IS HURTING ALL MEMBERS, ONES THAT PAY AND ONES THAT
DON'T. PLEASE READ MY EXTENSIVE BLOGS ABOUT THIS SUBJECT
AND YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THE FRUSTRATION FOR ALL MEMBERS.
I HAVE HEARD SO MUCH FEED BACK, MOSTLY OFF THE SITE DUE TO
THE COMMUNICATION ISSUES, JUST HATING WHAT Senior Sizzle IS DOING.
PLEASE HELP MAKE THIS SITE BETTER AND WHAT IT USED TO BE,
A LARGE GROWING COMMUNITY THAT HAS THE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE
AND OF COURSE HAVE FUN!!!!!! XOXO RITA

I have been speaking to them about this and they report that their statistics say that they are converting more people to paying memberships by this approach btw. I found it hard to argue with them when this is their view.
